Nelo

He's sarcastic and kinda smartass, sometimes even annoyingly so. Though he tries to tune it down when the situation so calls, since he doesn't actually want to be rude or misunderstood. There is times that require some amount of tact and Nelo usually recognizes those times. He knows how to behave himself and be polite. Though his politeness is cold and distant.

Nelo uses humor to avoid 'real talk' to the fault. He doesn't like to make big number of himself and easily steps down in conflict or uncertainity, but he won't let people to walk over him. Though being observative he enjoys company quite alot and he gets along with almost anyone, at least for awhile. Friendships and any deeper bonds are formed slowly but he is a extremely loyal friend and ally when they get there.

In general Nelo is smiling, pretty easily approachable person who knows alot of people and even more about things. His laid-back demeanor is comforting but he can as easily stab someone on the back.

Before

Nelo grew up in the small town in Viraciel with his mother and sister. His childhood was alright though being part of the lower economical class his family was considered ‘less’, and would sometimes lead to the skirmish between other people. Eventually that inspired Nelo and his sister Amaia to work hard to achieve a better life or maybe just to prove themselves. They were sure they weren’t going to end up like their mother; being a single parent of unruly twins in the old and tiny apartment, struggling to maintain work, home and their own sanity. Quite frankly they didn’t know how their mother did it. When they grew up little bit they realized she didn’t manage very well at all, and tend to deal with her worries with what she just called medicine.

While Amaia did her best to find her way through hard work and a good job, Nelo fell in the different group. He was a smart kid and was very good at finding out things he was not supposed to, usually by breaking into places he as suppsed to be even less, or overhearing things. But instead of finding a proper, respectable work, he did a lot of shady odd jobs for other people (and for himself just to see what he can do and if there’s any consequences). I was gret at sneaking around after all, why not use it.

He stayed on that road after leaving home in his late teens, finding work around the cities of the worlds. He was never a spy per se, since he didn't stay anywhere long and no one ever found out he'd even been there when he was already gone.
Eventually his net of informants has grown so vast he mainly works as an information broker and leaves the dirtiest jobs of finding out for other people. He still occasionally checks for himself if some outlandish thing he hears is true or not. He has to, since Nelo takes great pride on only selling the info he knows is true, no rumors or guesses, just solid facts.

The Intergalactic War

During the last intergalactic war he didn’t want any part of it and refused his services from anything war related. After all he considers himself as the neutral party and didn't want to step on the toes of someone big who could make him suffer. Instead he stayed off the radar by staying in the outskirts of the known universe, taking another identity, and working as a ghost writer.

Now

After the war when life returned to normal, Nelo, too, is slowly retuning back to his work as a broker. Maybe less ambitiously than before, this time focusing more on things he's himself curious about.
His ongoing adventure still takes him through the different worlds, and he often helps others with their little missions since already there.

• Nelo stands straight but seems to avoid being center of attention

• He's a cat-like: walks softly and surely, small but certain gestures.
