Relationships:

Zilch

The robot who turned her from a normal human to a almost fully mechanical killing-machine. 

The request came from her, and she had a very specific look in mind, but as she had no means of paying Zilch they came to the agreement that Zilch could do whatever he wanted to her during the transformation. The procedure was long, traumatic and painful but Tinchen holds no grudges as she's very happy with the result. 

She frequently visits Zilch and requests for more weaponry. 

Koda

Her business partner. 

She was suspicious of him at first but after it turned out that he wasn't a sicko and potentially possesses useful information, she decided to help him in exchange for said information. 

While they don't always get along despite their similiar issues, Tinchen's glad that he gave her a place to stay.

• Other than herself, Zilch is the only one who knows of her origins or motivations, due to his experimentations on her 
• Koda knows a lot about her too but all that knowledge comes from rambles when she's been drinking too much 
• She has bothered Zilch about new weapon updates to the point where he became annoyed by her requests eventhough she's the only one of his patients to willfully participate 
• Before she met Koda she was homeless for many years, often depending on the kindness of strangers 
• When dealing with children, her demeanor and expressions soften
