Relain is not really a people person. He spends a lot of time inside of his shop or his garden behind it. He has lived in his shop for about fourty years and has had many a developer attempt to oust him. It never seems to work for them.

Many of the older knittens in the neighborhood go to his shop for herbal remedies and medicines that he makes. He also sells teas that help people with different aliments.

There are loads of rumors about Relain. Some people say that he was once an assassin for the Yakuza. Other people say that he is a serial killer who goes around poisoning people whom annoy him. Mostly Relain doesn't talk on these rumors because they keep people out of his shop and they can't annoy him if they aren't in his shop.

Relain is a master of his Senbo abilities. He is able to coax plants into growing heartier and more vibrant than they would on their own. He's able to get more yeild from his fruits and vegetables as well. He is very good at his job as a herbalist.

Relain is the youngest of the Wei family. Many have long since passed away and left him mostly alone. His sister's family is the only family that he has any idea about, including her grandson Keil VanWeir and his daughter, Tetra.
