Tobin grew up on the streets mostly. His parents died when he was pretty young and when someone realized that there was a child that needed care, he was gone. He spent a lot of time just sort of getting into trouble and stealing things up until he was found spray painting a building. He was taken in to juvi but was quickly pulled back out to go to an art school due to his tallent. In school he majored in street art and minored music. Both things lead to him actually finding his place in the world

When he graduated from the school, he got a job at Club X and has been there since.

Tobin is an orphan. His parents died when he was about eight or nine, but he couldn't really tell you when it exactly happened. His mother was super sick for a very long time and his father died of a broken heart shortly after she passed. Unfortunately, the rest of his family was too busy greiving his parents that he kind of got lost.

It would be nearly four years before he resurfaced from the streets. He was caught spray painting the back of a building and snatched up by the police. At first he was sent to juvi, but one of his family members found him. Fortunately, he was also found by a member of an art private school who had seen his painting and saw potential in him. The school rep and the family member came to an agreement and he was enrolled at the school instead of being moved in with his elderly family members who did not have time for children. Tobin then spent several years in the art school, pining for family and being a lonely child.

When he graduated from the school, his family put money into a bank account for him, bought him a place to live and then expected him to behave. So, instead, Tobin got into a LOT of trouble. He was in and out of jail until he got a job at Club X. The job was basically what saved him from having everything taken away from him from his family. It helped that the owner was very cute.
