tiny little dog... time lord?  wizard?  time wizard?  no one is really certain.  long-standing personal rivalry with Little Beard.  thick Irish accent that no one can explain.  not telepathic, just straight-up talks like a man.  less commonly known by the nickname Elsewhere Éamonn.

CONLAOCH: Irish name, composed of the Gaelic elements con "hound" and laoch "warrior," hence "hound warrior." In Irish legend, this is the name of a son of Cúchulainn. He was accidentally killed by his father.
AODHAGÁN: Irish double diminutive form of Irish/Scottish Gaelic Aodh, meaning "tiny little fire."
