Juliper

Juliper is a CCCat based in Uto who l owns a delightful little cafe, called the Penroyale. He is a people person and loves others, especially making his signature peppermint cookies that go wonderfully with the sweet teas he purchases from Bay.

His business partner, Teal, runs a small tea garden on the roof where he often sets up tables for patrons to dine at. Unfortunately, due to how inconspicuous his shop is, Sevens’ men patronize it often and have unofficially claimed it as part of their turf, conducting impromptu meetings there. Juliper can do little against it and has become frustrated, hoping to find someone who can rid his once safe shop from mobsters.
