Seishi was kicked out of UA because of having such a dangerous and unethical quirk. He tried not to use it on students but he was in a sticky battle in the UA Sports Festival which he was putting his all into, he had gone against all of his priciples and used it on a student. Once the teachers realised what was going on, they intervened and grabbed Seishi by his strings, causing severe nerve damage so he collapsed. He releases the student but they both had to go to the infirmary to be nursed by Recovery Girl.

After intense meetings, staff had decided to remove him from the school and give him important lessons on how to use his quirk. He had no idea why he needed to leave. His quirk could be just as dangerous as everyone else’s, so why him? He attended one or two of the sessions, but he hated them. After attending what would be his last session, he went on a rampage. Life was unfair. He was in severe pain the majority of the time and teachers didn’t take responsibility for doing that to him. At this time he encountered a girl called Mui. She was a sweet girl with a mime quirk. After learning about each other, they teamed up to form a very strange villainous duo.

Now in the present day, Seishi plans different attacks that don’t normally work out, so Mui usually has to bail the two out. When his nerves and back are in agony, they don’t plan anything until he’s sure he’s fine and can use his quirk again. When he’s not being a terrifying villain he likes to go to dance battles, and he is insanely good. He has one many titles but now he’s getting older and using his quirk more often, the pain in his body holds him back from attending. He’s finding he needs to take over the counter medication in order to suppress it. If he had a prescription of stronger stuff he would need his name on a list and he couldn’t risk it, even if he used a fake one. He's too dumb to think of that in the first place though and it's only the common sense of his partner that saves him. His pain keeps him up at night too, but that’s why energy drinks are his best friend and he’s good at keeping his own energy and adrenaline up by entertaining himself.

His quirk is a manipulative type where he can control individuals by working his nervous system into others and therefore being able to control them like a puppet. He can choose to plant his own nerves into their brain to access memories or if he wishes for them to “witness” what he does when he obtains control of their body. If they are witnessing it, they will be able to remember everything that “they” have done. If not, they will have no recollection of that time that they were controlled.

Seishi’s nerves need to be exposed and therefore outside of his body so they can be used. This results in them being extremely vulnerable to attack and if they are struck or even touched slightly (with the tip of your finger) he will feel everything and render him useless if they are damaged. He will not be able to walk or use limbs depending on what kind of nerve is damaged. He prefers to call his nerves “strings” so it doesn’t scare off others as easily, especially children.

He can use his quirk from a wide range of lengths. He prefers to be above his puppet so he can be out of reach and safely use all of his strings, allowing him to have full control of their body. If he controls their body, he can also control their quirk. But he has to be selective with who he decides to add his strings to. Seishi is also able to process his puppet’s thoughts, feelings, pain and memories if he wants or needs to. When using his strings, he can leave at least one nerve behind in order to control the majority of his limb. This has required years of practice to do. If he needs them all, the rest of his body is useless. He’s just a pile of vulnerable flesh and bone that can’t be moved. This is why his partner is incredibly important.

Someone help this boy for he is a dumb soul. As he grew up he had low intellegence so he struggled a lot in class. Maths wasn't his forte, English was non existent and picking up on people's emotions and hints was really difficult for him. The only thing he was able to cope with was dancing and music. He knows how to move to a beat and perform for people. He was also really good at physical education and building up his strength. This way he will be able to protect himself and other people without using his quirk since it doesn't just hurt himself but others as well.
