Ilia

 (Despite having all this written, she's pretty much a WIP lol)

Ilia is a guardian angel, although to nobody in particular. She watches over many mortal beings at a time, to observe but also to give them the push in the right direction if necessary. As per angel rules, her methods for this are subtle but often don't go unnoticed. She is a middle ranking angel and also one of the newest. 

Before her angel status, she was a normal 12 year old girl who loved her family. One day, her and her family were going to have a picnic at a far away park. Unfortunately, along the way they got into a car accident and everyone including Ilia herself died. An older angel was watching over them at the time and feeling pity on the young girl, reincarnated her right then and there. Now an angel, Ilia found the whole thing to be difficult to come to terms with at the time. Eventually she took it all with stride, and the older angel took her under her wing. Ilia spent years training to be a guardian angel and was now ready to apply her training in the real thing. For her first job as an angel, she has been sent to watch over the small town of Forestville. She fell in love with the place instantly and enjoys walking through the forests. She enjoys the people there too, although she has her paws full a lot!

Ilia has been dead and an angel for many years now and is technically at least 20 years old. However, her body has remained the same since dying at 12 so she appears much more childlike than she actually is. This doesn't appear to bother her much although she doesn't appreciate it being pointed out. Emotionally, she grew up very fast and is wise beyond her years. She's very caring and hopes to give happiness to others. She wants to show it was a good decision to reincarnate her and in a way, wants to give back what the older angel did for her. Ilia is kind and a pacifist by nature, amplified with her angel status. She feels lonely at times, as only angels and others on the other side are able to see her. Sometimes she involves herself in conversations even though no one can hear her. All things considered, she's happy to have been given the opportunity to be an angel. As a pikachu, she can't make a lot of electricity because she doesn't have cheek pouches.
