rusty was a nice dude who got caught up in a need for money for survival, and ended up on the dark web as a grave robber for hire. he didn't do it because it was something he enjoyed, but the job offer appeared at a time where he was desperate, and turned out he was really good at his new job. he was killed after he was hired to steal some jewelry from for his client, but said client was actually a murderer. he was shot in the legs, so he couldn't escape and was then buried alive in the same grave he was supposed to rob. he's got a bearded vulture motif and has black and red wings, which he doesn't use unless needed, since they sprout out of his back and leaves nasty wounds from them ripping his flesh open to appear. he joins the hazbin hotel crew when he recognizes his old best friend in life, stormy, hanging around alastor and charlie one day. he goes to the hotel just to make sure she's safe and to reconnect with his old friend who he lost contact with because of his last job while he was alive.
personality: he's very chill but also very noisy, a tad silly, playfully cocky at times, likes to joke around and have fun. the only time he's really serious is when the situation absolutely calls for it or someone he cares about is in trouble.
