Offspring of two accomplished herbalists from the widespread community of Goldfair, Alaric has always retained an interest in plants and herbal remedies. This landslid towards general medicine- until eventually he found himself under the tutelage of his villages healer, loving every second of it.

Not retaining a stable position however , he's been traveling to and fro with his trusty bag of personal belongings and medicinal wares, offering help to unfortunate 'lons as he comes and goes, looking for a place to call home.

Well aware of his skills and strengths, he's not afraid to show them to his best ability and demand others do the same. If you catch him on the wrong side of the argument, he can be an outright pain to put up with until the situation has been resolved. But those who've seen him at work know he's nothing if not dedicated to his craft, and tutoring those willing to work hard and learn. Despite his harsh exterior, he's known to take those who truly need help under his wing and help them back up on their hooves, albeit not gently. But if one can withstand his demands, they've got a fiercely loyal ally on their side.

Willing to tutor those with an interest in healing, Alaric is known to be a kind of a ruthless teacher, however with excellent results. His students rarely stay with him, and end up taking to their own path before long.

Many claim to have received a tip here and a note there, but it seems to be hard to track down those who spent an extended amount of time under Alarics tutelage. Perhaps the wanderlust passes down from teacher to student.
