Gentle: Heart is hard to anger and overall very sweet. They are always careful when healing other Pokemon to make sure they don't experience more pain than absolutely necessary.
Caring: Heart loves to take care of the sick and elderly. Being a gratitude Pokemon, a smile is the best payment they can get. They are kind of like a grandparent to the younger members of the Hideout.
Helpful: They love helping other pokemon. And while they are better at healing physical wounds than mental ones. She is trying her best to be nice to everyone. That being said they do have a spine, and will not go easy on those seeking to take advantage of their kindness.
Trusting: Heart can be way too trusting, as they believe everyone have some good in them and they hope to bring out the best in everyone around them. This makes them easy to fool however.
Pacifist: Heart is great at healing herself and others, but pretty bad when it comes to actual fighting. (this includes verbal arguing) When threatened they will instinctively curl up to look like a flowering plant. Too bad they weren't born with the classic green camouflage like most shaymin.
Anxious/Workaholic: Heart spends way too much time worrying about things out of their control. They constantly overwork themselves, worrying they aren't doing enough. Since they are so bad at physically defending the ones they care about. Heart fear they might be useless and weigh down the group if they aren't constantly helping out with other things.

Heart was born after a regular shaymin ended up in an volcanic area after taking a wrong turn during their migration (the Flower Carrying). The shaymin ended up staying a while after falling in love with one of the Volcarona living in the area around the volcano. After a while they somehow got an egg together. Sadly, the warm climate wasn't ideal for the shaymin, and they had to leave the Volcarona and the egg behind as they had almost died from the heat a few times. The Volcarona couldn't leave the volcano as it was the leader of the group and it was their job to guard the area and its inhabitants. But promised to take great care of the egg.
Heart grew up in the volcanic area inhabited by many Larvesta and Volcarona. The fusion enjoyed living with their Larvesta family, but despite being part Volcarona (Larvesta before evoluton) they weren't born with the fire typing, and the climate were a bit too warm for their liking. One day they found a Gracidea flower when looking for herbs a bit away volcano. Soon Heart discovered their ability to transform into their sky form. Now they would travel further away from the volcano when they needed a break from the heat. Heart was very careful in the beginning, not wanting to get lost, but eventually dared to go on longer trips.
One day when Heart were far from home they decided to take a break near a small river in the woods to get some rest. All the exotic herbs and berries they had found on their trips and brought home had done wonders for the injured and sick. Heart loved to help out, and since they had never been good at battling it was nice to be able to do something for their friends and family. Heart hadn't stayed long before they realised they had landed in an area belonging to some some angry wild Whirlipedes. Heart tried to defend themselves but didn't stand a chance against the Curlipede Pokémon and they passed out.
When Heart woke up they were at the Pokemon Center. A trainer had found them alone and injured in the forest and brought them there. Heart was very grateful for the help and decided to stay at the Pokemon Center as an apprentice. They learned a lot of healing moves from the other Pokemon working there and everything was well. Nurse Joy even made an accessory for Heart with a Gracidea flower on it so they could change into Sky form when they wanted. Heart also got green bandana as part of their work-uniform.
One day when flying around in the sky they spotted the Rocket Hideout. They were damaged after some sort of attack and it looked like many of the recruits were injured. After observing them for a few days Heart decided they wanted to help them out. They said farewell to Nurse Joy and the other Pokemon at the Pokemon Center. Heart had heard about Team Rocket and their deeds, but thought that if anyone needed some love and care, it's them.
So Heart helped out as a nurse in the hideout, healing the sick and injured. But their moveset weren't ideal for the job. Roost and synthesis were good moves for self-healing, but did little for other Pokemon. So when offered a chance to become part galarian ponyta they said yes. Now heart had access to even better healing moves, like heal pulse. And even grew a magical horn with great healing power. They couldn't be happier with their new form.
Emma is one of Heart’s friends. Heart helped Emma grow a bit more confident. And is happy to comfort the luxray when she needs it.
When Skyline needs a break from her hyperactive kid, Heart is happy to help. Even if babysitting that child is no easy task. As one of the hideout medics, she also heals Zephyrine when she gets hurt on her many adventures.
