Dulcie

Ability stuff:

She uses summoning stuff, mostly soft seals, as a way of support 

basically the summoned thing has an aura of buffs that slowly disintegrates the animal cuz magic energy being used bro. 

It can be used offensively by literally throwing it but it isn't really effective 

Backstory: yeahhhhhh

    Before Dulcie was born her parents went bankrupt and became extremely poor, this somewhat tore their marriage up a little bit. By the time Dulcie was born they were in the ghetto. She was diagnosed with dyslexia, sadly not many people in their area were able to help, and those who could be were both more than they could afford and very far. So her parents tried to teach her themselves before school, it wasn't very helpful and they never told her she had dyslexia either. 

   School was very difficult for her, she couldn't read very well and she was also bullied for it and in return, caused a lack of focus on other important subjects. She wasn't aware it was bulling though, she only found it strange and was confused. This reaction didn't remotely help her if anything it caused more bulling. 

   Eventually, her mother couldn't take it anymore. All she wanted was to go back to her wealthy lifestyle and her only hope was her daughter's intelligence. She couldn't make another child either because she deemed herself "too old". So she ran away. her father was deeply affected but controlled himself around Dulcie, who was also very sad from her disappearance. This is when she started using art as an escape, painting calming scenes from the arctic with mostly penguins and seals. 

   By some miracle, Dulcie was accepted into Taichou Academy, an elite school. Dulcie and her father were both taken by surprise, they knew she didn't fit any of the requirements and it wasn't sent by mistake either. They took it as a blessing from some god above and she promised she will make a lot of money one day so that her dad can live comfortably.
