Cheondungchida is of slim, but very tiny physique, and pretty laid back and lazy most of the time. She prefers not to eat meat at all, avoiding to hurt any other innocent beings, though she will do so in emergencies. She loves collecting rocks and minerals, painting, singing and has a sun conure as companion and pet. Noeu's a polite, loyal, friendly and helpful Mayur, but her kind heart has been taken advantage of too many times, which has resulted in the jill having trust issues, even towards her good friends. Furthermore she's pansexual, not falling in love with gender but personality, though it takes a lot of patience and time for her to truly love anyone.
