Nebuchadnezzar is a mean and cold-hearted Saliko, only focusing on himself and always eager to push boundaries. He's fearless and reckless, getting himself often in dangerous situations without thinking twice, never considering the consequences of his actions or minding others, just keen on saving his own hide. Something inside him drives him to unplanned, drastic measures, making him feel out of control of his body and distanced from his own self. Nebu is usually seen wearing an ancient relict across his face to hide his frightening appearance from others and channel his "third eye". He wasn't born blind, this circumstance being a side effect of him being exposed to evil forces, but he embraces it. The only thing that truly scares the blue hob though is the fear of himself and what he might become, fighting to keep his sanity and holding the darkness within at bay, the blindfold his only reliable grasp on reality.
