Jade is a bashful, neurotic seraph who was booted out of heaven for being too afraid of confrontation to deliver heavenly messages. They try their best to blend in on earth by wearing big, kawaii clothes (including wigs and masks sometimes) but they're so awkward it doesn't usually go very well.

They also have an "exalted" form (a super elaborate heavenly form) but they don't transform very often as you might imagine.
