Leah was part of Diana’s party in Abberation, and was the closest thing to a medic they had, frequently tending to injuries sourced from Diana’s more reckless missions - she also tamed her jerboa here, in order to keep track of weather changes. When Abberation’s surface was destroyed, she fell and was almost incinerated by the surface flames. She would have been, if Santiago hadn’t pulled her and her pet underground at the last second. With that explosion, her jerboa became the last of his kind on Abberation. Being the medic, she quickly formed strong relationships with the other survivors, and they began to help her work through her anxious, to the point where she grew bold enough to start scolding Diana when she did something particularly reckless. When rockwell attacked, she had been out with Helena, Mei and Santiago because she was the medic and they needed her if one of the participants of the mission was badly injured. The horror of the carnage when they returned, however, was enough to shatter all the work she had put in to getting over her anxious. She did not speak a word in the weeklong assault, barely slept, and it was only after Rockwell was banished she found her voice again. She travelled with the others to extinction, and became motivated to find a way to cure the corrupted creatures despite insistence it was not possible, collecting samples from the remains of corrupted killed to test on however she could - she didn’t have the resources she used to on Abberation, but she would do her best. When the titans attacked, she was seperated from the others by a massive rockslide, and she realised her only option was to run, her pet beside her. Eventually, she found her way to the snow dome and befriended an owl by tossing spare pieces from creatures she hunted for food into the snow nearby. It did not take long for the owl to become her faithful mount, despite how much her jerboa disapproved. She built a house out there in the cold, thinking its for the better her friends think she’s dead. After a while, she presumes that they are dead too. When
