So long as I retain the rights to my own art and am credited for the original design, do as you please with the character once it is yours. The only exceptions to this are reselling for more than you paid unless you've commissioned more art for the character, created works or used/are using the character to promote harmful ideologies (homophobia, racism, ableism, transphobia, etc.), if you commission art of one of my designs by anyone on my blacklist, or if you resell to anyone on it. Those people would be as followed.

DO NOT ASSUME THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE, THE REASONS FOR THEM BEING BLACKLISTED MAY BE PERSONAL, AND IF THEY'RE NOT, THE ISSUE HAD WITH THEM WILL BE LISTED. DO NOT MAKE HARSH JUDGEMENTS OF THEIR CHARACTER AS A PERSON SOLELY BECAUSE THEY APPEAR ON THIS LIST. IF THE ISSUE IS NOT LISTED, DO NOT ASK WHY THEY ARE BLACKLISTED, AND DO NOT ASK ME TO REMOVE THEM ON THEIR BEHALF.

If they own characters designed by me before being blacklisted they may keep them, but once traded away, the design(s) cannot be re-obtained. If you are caught breaking any of the terms mentioned above you will receive a warning the first time, and be blacklisted the second. If you are caught promoting harmful ideologies you'll be blacklisted immediately.
