The fins on his elbows can become hard and stab like weapons if he becomes desperate or feels threatened.

xxxxxNobody really knows that Abyssal's story is, where he came from, who he is, or even if that's his actual name. He's a creature that came up from the dark and terrifying depths. A creature of many skills. A skilled finder, and an even greater skilled fighter. People come to him when they want or need something. Something stolen, traded, a hired hand. He does nothing for free, however, and you never know what he'll ask you for. Money? A favour to be called for in the future? A strand of hair?

No matter what though, he's always followed through with his side of bargains, no matter what. If one was ever to go against him... They were never seen again. Many say that those who betray or do not follow through on their parts are eaten whole by him, to suffer as they slowly digest within him, and no matter how big you are, or hard you fight, none are exempt from the terrifying. Weather those tales are true or not is unknown, as Abyss doesn't seem interested in confiring or disputing.

Despite his 'job' and what he does, he's good enough to the point where he doesn't have any real enemies, more avoided by others out of hearsay than any real knowledge about the mysterious and sometimes elusive warrior. However, he actually is not so very bad, and is more a neutral party then anything, and actually has a kindness in him that not many get to see or even seem to realize when it's being done. People fear what they don't understand, and it's left him in an opportune spot.
