A bearded vulture avian tamer, Dorian is a very particular person. He's an outspoken, confident, HBIC type, who's been trying to do what's best for his really unapreciative family ever since he became a legal adult. He deserves better honestly.

A stylist and popular fashion designer, Dorian is pretty successful in his work life. He's worked hard to get to where he is, and is really proud of his accomplishments.

While he's a pretty confident person who takes pride in knowing himself pretty well and being well in tune with his emotions, his gender and sexuality are an absolute clusterfuck, nobody knows what the fuck he identifies as, He doesn't even know, all we know for a fact is that he uses He pronouns, refers to himself with generally masculine articles in french, and once was super duper in love with a guy even though he says he's really mostly into women. He still feels weird about being called a man tho. He's figuring it out ok, give him some time he'll get there eventually.

Dorian was the oldest of two siblings. Born in Toulouse and spending a lot of time with his family in Lourdes, Dorian grew up loving to travel back and forth. He grew to really enjoy the whole process of traveling, which is something that a lot of people never really understand about him.

As an avian tamer, he was always really excited by the idea of getting his wings and flying all over whenever he wanted. when he first got his fuzzies, nobody in the house would hear the end of it for weeks.
Lucky him, his wings turned out to be really big, shiny, remarcably pretty wings that he's really proud of.

Growing up with a very open and accepting family, Dorian never really felt the restraints of gender roles and expectations, which is something he's really grateful for to this day. By the time he was old enough to decide what to do with his life, he jumped right into the world of fashion and design.

During college, he met the man that he would eventually far super In love with, Reon, a beast tamer from Lyon who had moved temporarily to Toulouse with his wife while she went to college. The three of them became pretty good friends, and Dorian ended up becoming the godfather for their son, Allen, when he was born a couple of years later.

He had thought nothing of it at the time, however when Reon and his wife died several years later, he was left to deal with a very emotionally distraught teenage Allen, who had already been dealing with mental health issues beforehand.

It was tough for the both of them, but it did work out for the most part. Allen later on moved back to Lyon to go to med school, leaving Dorian alone with his thoughts for the first time since Reon's death. It wasn't pretty.

Feeling lost and alone, (and having the money and stability to do so, damn) He decided to move closer to his brother, whom he was aware dealt with some shady bussiness, but was still his closest relative and wanted to be a little closer with.
Of course he got tangled up with the whole mob bussines. of course.
