Design Terms of Use
DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE
- I do not allow commercial use of my designs, unless an extra charge is payed for commercial rights. (with proper credit, additionally. A charge for use of the design is 15% of what the design is worth/was purchased for, a charge for the use of the art is higher.)
- I do allow redesigns, no need to ask.
- Resale or retrade of my designs is always allowed, unless they were gifted. Obviously don't sell them for any more than their worth,
- I will not revoke or ask for a design back if the owner breaks my tos, but I will blacklist.
- I do not appreciate deleting my designs for no reason. If you delete them when selling them to someone who doesn't use toyhouse that's fine- any other situation is not okay however.
- Provide proper credit when needed

- I will not remove my watermark, and you should not either.
- Again- I don't allow commercial use of my art, unless an extra charge is applied, and proper credit. (In this case i would be okay with removing the watermark.)

- I reserve the right to deny a purchase at anytime, however I usually choose not to do this.

- ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ADOPT FROM ME, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO MY TOS. YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM RULES DUE TO YOUR OWN FAILURE TO READ AN AGREEMENT.
