raquel is the typical "chaotic science" lady with no morals at all. she allies herself with anyone who will fund her science - predominantly christine's mafia, although she has been known to work with the cult of the exiled one on occasion... even if they are not the most technologically advanced... her catch phrase is "for science" and calls most people "morons"

her design is based around the vibes of the portal franchise. the screens are part of her body, and can display anything she wants them to. what's currently up is her default (except the eyes of course!). the gels in her ring have different effects - the white gel amplifies various magical/technological effects, the blue one makes whatever it coats bouncy, and the orange one is... actually, no one is 100% sure what the orange one does
