Akiko was born to a family on the Rain Island of Seafoam, in the slum area. She was a happy young girl, who was close with her whole family; but she was especially fond of her uncle who was an author of many acclaimed stories. She was like the daughter he was never able to have, and she loved story time with her cool uncle. But, during a holiday when she was 4, her home was broken into and her uncle was brutally shot dead in front of her while she hid in a closet, and all her family's valuables were stolen. This traumatized her greatly, and her newly-widowed aunt eventually moved them to the capital, Maiden Island, after remarrying someone for his money to get away from the home her true love had been killed in. This is where Akiko grew up. Eventually during high school she returned to her uncle's grave to mourn, where she met Faithe who had been his childhood best friend, and they hit it off. Faithe was a boxer who'd just been released from jail and needed work, and Akiko was looking to get a manager for her acting she now did. So, the two made a deal. Eventually they became like family more than just manager and actress, to the point that Faithe was the first person Akiko came out as transgender and pansexual to. And now we come to the present; Akiko is a thriving young actress who's been out of school for two years and is doing incredibly well for herself and for Faithe, as "Cressida" has become a household name in acting, both in movies and theater.
