Alton (9. Dalton)

He's a little bit of a mary sue and he don't even know it. His innitial powers are time stop, slow, rewind, fast forward, etc. Basically he can manipulate time at will, sometimes effected by his emotional state so he tries to stay relaxed at all times. What he doesn't know is that the blood of a guardian runs threw him and he's got a lot more strength than he already knows. He's gonna make a great superhero one day
