design terms of service

FOR DESIGNS THAT I CREATED AND I OWN:
+ these designs belong to me and are not to be used by anyone other than myself
and my partner moemeows.
+ you may not reference or recycle any of my characters into a design of your making.
+ if a character is listed under the "MAINS" or "SECONDARY" folder, they are not for sale. please do not make me offers on characters that are not for sale.

FOR DESIGNS THAT I CREATED AND ARE FOR SALE:
+ these designs were created by me and if used for commercial or personal reasons, credit needs to be given to me (vampuboys) for it's creation and for any additional artwork.
+ you may not reference or recycle a design that you have not yet purchased.
+ only characters in my "FOR SALE/FOR TRADE" folder are open for offers.

FOR DESIGNS THAT I CREATED AND YOU OWN:
+ these designs were created by me and if used for commercial or personal reasons, credit needs to be given to me (vampuboys) for it's creation and for any additional artwork.
+ you are allowed to make any adjustments to a purchased design so long as it does not seriously alter their appearance and make them unrecognizable. it is also forbidden to lighten a character's skin tone for any reason.
+ if a design was purchased with cash or virtual currency: the design may only be resold for the same amount, unless accompanied by additional artwork.
+ if a design was traded for artwork or designs: the design may only be traded or sold for items of an equivalent value, unless accompanied by additional artwork.
+ if a design was given to you for free: the design may not be traded or sold for any amount, unless accompanied by additional artwork.
