Personality:
Katsuro is a highly emotional, opinionated young man who takes pride in being everything that the ideal Japanese man would use as an example of what not to do. He's fiercely loyal to those he likes, and a pain in the ass to those he doesn't like. He's obnoxiously optimistic and can see the good in anyone...except Kamoshida. Katsuro hates Kamoshida.
If the above weren't obvious enough, I'll just tell you outright; Katsuro isn't well liked at his school. He's one of the least popular kids, and it would be easier for him to count the classmates that haven't bullied him than the ones who have. Despite this, he still tries to stay optimistic, even though the bullying truly does hurt him.
When he does make friends, he's awkward. Katsuro isn't used to other people genuinely liking him, so he can get clingy. Few people stick around after realizing how clingy and socially awkward Katsuro is, but if they can learn to tolerate his nature, Katsuro can be a wonderful friend. Katsuro has many secrets, but he doesn't do much to hide them as he doesn't really care much for how people would react.

Fun Facts:
- He lacks common sense in more than a few ways, so he can come off as something of an idiot.
- Katsuro has been friends with Ryuji since he was a young toddler because his mother was in a support group together.
- His overbearing loyalty and aggressively protective nature could be interperated as him being a yandere if you tilt your head and squint.
- Katsuro likes to spam his friends with memes when he's depressed.
- Katsuro loves dogs. He loves them so much that he stole a mistreated guard dog from a Yakuza drug house, knowing well that he could possibly be murdered for it.
- He has possibly the best singing voice of all of my OCs.
- He has something of a petty, one-sided rivalry with Yusuke. Yusuke barely knows that Katsuro even exists.
