Gym Competitor

Like every kid in Galar, Farren grew up on watching the newest gym competitor's make their way to the Champion's Tournament. When he turned thirteen, his parents gifted him his first pokemon, a Toxel, which he affectionately named Diva (now know as D.va). Despite years of complaints and subsequent begging of his parents to let him go and participate in the gym challenge, he wouldn't be able to get the chance until he was an adult, instead he directed that focus to music in order to bond with D.va.

When he turned eighteen, Farren and D.va took the gym challenge by storm. He didn't even make it to registration without gaining a small gaggle of fans already cheering him on, this storm of fans only grew larger as he toured the gym challenge. Half of them coming from his battles and the other half coming from his music talents. Unfortunately for both Farren and his fans, his gym run quickly hit a roadblock. Kabu, the third gym and the vetting gym for many challengers, posed so much of a challenge to Farren that he ended up dropping out for the year.

Rockstar

After dropping out of the challenge, Farren fell into a depressive state and focused heavily on music for the remaining year, refusing to take up the battling mantle again even his own pokemon team couldn't get him out of this state of mind. During this time, a few record labels offered up contracts to the disgraced trainer, knowing that he already had skills and a pretty large fanbase.

Pokemon

D.va [ Partner Pokemon ]

One of Farren's iconic Toxtricity partners. She's rather impish and likes to thrash about on stage.

St.r [ Partner Pokemon ]

Farren's defiant Toxtricity. St.r tends not to take center stage compared to her sister D.va.

P.nk [ Challenge Pokemon ]

Farren's Toxicroak, P.nk (pronounced punk) was the first pokemon he caught on his gym challenge. Now it serves as his drummer.

In.d [ Challenge Pokemon ]

In.d (pronounced indie) was caught solely because it refused to leave D.va alone when the duo was making their way to Turffield. It seems to be the biggest fan of the Toxtricity.

Synth.tic [ Challenge Pokemon ]

Farren mistakenly believed his salandit was male up until she evolved. Now Synth.tic (pronounced Synthetic) is a lead dancer on stage. While humble as a salandit, Synth.tic has become the queen of the backstage and even has her own "room" before the show. She is almost always surrounded by her "groupies" a crew of male salandits.

Hon.e [ Challenge Pokemon ]

Hon.e (formerly known as Honey) was a gift to Farren by one of his first fans.
