Coralia grew up in the uppity town of Wimborne, holed up in her bedroom doing schoolwork or doing chores around the house. Her parents, both highly regarded business personnel had high hopes that their daughter would be able to carry on the family business, putting her to work the moment she became old enough to comprehend. Day in and day out, Coralia did what her parents had ordered her to do, whether that be cleaning the house or paying the housekeepers their salary when they were not around to do so themselves. By the time Coralia was old enough to be homeschooled, she had became one of the most responsible and polite children her teacher has ever encountered. Her parents hounded her over her schoolwork, pushing the poor girl to tears if she couldn't understand a math question or didn't get high scores on her exams.

The relationship with her family became more unhealthy as time progressed, her parents' desire to forge their daughter into the perfect heir cementing itself into Coralia's head, and causing her to go off the deep end. All Coralia had ever known is to work toward perfection, where anything less than that would lead to harsh punishment and degradation from her parents. As soon as she graduated high school, she was pressure to apply to colleges, where she has been immediately accepted, excelling in her business major programs. Graduation came quickly, and even after cementing her valedictorian position in both high school and beyond, her parents deemed her still unworthy of their attention and praise. They feared she would retaliate against their wishes, Coralia's mental health had already begun it's downward spiral early into her middle school years, so her parents urged her to continue to stay with them, to which only made the situation worse. Despite everything Coralia tried in order to receive her parent's acceptance, it never worked, which caused her to blow up and stray away into the night, taking a bit of pocket money for bus tickets with her.

That's how she found herself at the tolls leading to Firefly Valley, her attempts to get as far away from her family as possible proving to be quite fruitful. Upon entering Ferncombe, the townsfolk were shocked, the new arrival completely a surprise- most people who decide to move to the valley tend to give a few calls in advance for lodgings at the hotels, however despite the circumstances everyone welcomed her with open arms, immediately seeing just how distraught and helpless the young woman was. She had been giving lodgings at a hotel for the first week, but it only took Coralia a few days to truly find her place, immediately taking up jobs and volunteer positions to sustain herself. Her social life has remained dismal, her parents the main culprit, but she started small, starting at her local cafes and onward, even moving further into the valley to Aurelia. After the move, she slowly found herself finally having friends, people who loved her for herself- and that has made her happier than she has ever been.

Coralia still has a lot of issues when it comes to "perfection" and reaching such a position. She has since started going to therapy sessions, which have been quite difficult for her, especially since she has been in such a horrendous mental state for so long. She does however have so many support systems, and people who are more than happy to tell her to chill out and help her take a deep breath and actually think for herself for once. It's definitely been an uphill batter for the poor girl, however she knows that with more practice and time, she can slowly start coming down from the horrid habits her parents have instilled within her.
