She is headstrong and capable woman with high goals and ways to achieve them. Nothing ever seems too tough for her and she is glad for the challenge. She might not be the kindest or the most caring person around but she is loyal and gets things done (right and fast, usually). Though she has calmed down since her 'roaring twenties' she's still considered a bit of a hot-head who can take unnecessary risks. Luckily she listens to people she respects and doesn't really want to put anyone in the harms way.
Melody finds humor in everything and can sometimes come across mean or blunt. She doesn't usually want to hurt anyone so she is not too proud to ask forgiveness. In the end she is open-minded and treats everyone equally.

- Melody has two brothers; Julian, her little brother, is a lawyer in the Isles, Shawn, her older brother, however, haven't been seen in years. Rumor has it that he is the infamous crime lord called the Mage King. Malody has hard time believing it. Julian? Could be. Shawn? Never.
Melody was born and raised in one of the intergalactic colonies. Her parents were second generation colonists which meant that life was mostly hard work and lot of science and hands on work. The colony and the planet were fine if not little tough, but Melody was more interested in what was out there. She enlisted military and space programs as soon as could, and raised ranks through hard work, determination and pinch of luck. The usual story.
She wasn’t really part of The Big Intergalactic Civil War being on the far far far away mission during the heat of it, but when she came back she had some opinions. After leaving the military quite dramatically she instead joined the Research and Exploration program on the Mirage. She thought they would be more stable organization than any military. Melody may not be a scientist, like the most of the new team’s members are, but she is very useful to have around.
