A talented trainer with absolutely no competitive ambition. Shirley much prefers coddling his weirdass assortment of Pokemon, and doing development work on the regional PC storage system. Has a "rival" in Emmy, though he isn't exactly thrilled about her challenging him on a weekly basis. Travelled with Vivian for a time, when they were young (she traded him the Musharna). He and Elaine date / eventually get married. Names his Pokemon dumb shit like "Napster" and "Kaspersky Antivirus". Keeps seltzer water and La Croix in his Rotom's fridge cabinets.
