Winslow is an incredibly timid man who would rather work and live alone than be with other people. He's anxious in most situations, and is very hard on himself even when he's doing a perfectly fine job. He is naive, but is not quick to trust other people. Winslow is someone that can be easily suaded if the other person knows him well enough.

Winslow is a Wood Elf who was abducted and indoctrinated into a cult of reapers as a child. He was used as an experiment to instill the power of death in a mortal. Because of this, Winslow has the touch of death at his fingertips.
As a reaper, Winslow travels the world alone. He reaps the souls of those who have passed on. Thanks to his life in Nenia Deans, he has a warped view of life and a jaded outlook on death itself. Winslow cannot touch anyone, lest they succumb to the negative emotions he feels and the power of death in his skin. The only living thing Winslow has is an undying lefse plant, which he named Nu.
Winslow seems to be afraid of everything. But, he truly is only afraid of other people, especially women. He is a recluse because of his powers, opting to sleep in the woods rather than wandering around populated towns.
- Winslow has three older sisters. His father was a hunter, and his mother was a seamstress. He hasn't seen them in over two-centuries.
- He is the grandson of famous wizard Hattie Talandren, though he is not aware of this.
- He was born in Yaran Dorei, Illiphine Rarawynn. The cult of Nenia Deans resides in the deep forests of Aike.

Winslow became interested in Mitsuaki because of his draconic form. Though, as they began traveling together, Winslow slowly began to realize what it's like to have a friend. Winslow cherishes Mitsuaki very closely.
