Jinn

Mika and Jinn are childhood best friends but are strictly platonic, getting grossed out whenever people ship them together. Mika was always stereotyped as a spoiled mean girl when really she's just socially awkward and can accidentally be overly blunt, but Jinn would mostly smooth out the situation that way. They're both popular kids but Mika is only really popular because Jinn is, and they aren't that fawned² of the attention.
