Nefertari(TT15)

Name: Nefertari

Age: No one knows anymore. Looks late teen, early twenties.

Species: Augmented Human

Personality: Cheerful, child-like, sometimes regretful, wants to help everyone and anyone, will make friends with you if you make eye contact, kind of quiet until you start talking about something she loves.

Powers: Flight with big black wings, healing, strength, telepathy, etc.

Drawbacks: Because she was not born Eniidae, prolonged or large use of her powers causes immense strain and occasional pain. Her recovery time after such use is almost a week and she has to sleep through most of it. She is immortal.

Story: Nefertari was once a part of the Galactic-Time Travelers Guild. She had been trained for years in diplomacy and combat, as well as how to straighten out temporal anomalies without breaking the universe. But one day she got a call from a planet called Heladios III. The people of the planet, the Eniidae, were having an argument about land rights with their neighboring people, The Liana. Tari tried to help them communicate better and used all her diplomatic prowess, but it wasn't enough. A few months later she got a call from the Heladian ruler, Yacobal, asking her to return and help them. The Liana had attacked the unsuspecting Eniidae and the Eniidae weren't skilled in combat. Tari immediately jumped back to their rescue, ditching the diplomacy and using her combat training instead. She fought with them for almost two years, learning their language and making friends with Yacobal along the way. Until one day when the Eniidae had gotten word that the Liana were planning a large attack on the Eniidae capital. Nefertari knew they needed to do something crazy or the war would be lost. She remembered that the planet produced a type of radiation that was toxic to her and the Lianians, so she cooked up a plan. They would create a bomb filled with highly concentrated amounts of the radiation and place it on the generators at the Liana headquarters, then once it exploded the Eniidae would chase the Liana off their planet for good. Yacobal heard of the plan and was insistent on not using it, but Tari was impulsive and went over his head. She collected all the parts for the bomb, gathered the troops, and marched on the Liana HQ. Yacobal didn't hear about this until it was too late for him to stop it. The final problem with the plan was that the bomb would have to be guarded and the person guarding it would probably end up getting hit with shrapnel or fire. Tari had had enough of all the fighting and death, so she took the bomb and placed it on the generators. Yacobal searched the battlefield for Tari, hoping she wouldn't be dumb enough to plant the bomb herself and just as he was about to give up and join his comrades he saw her. She had gotten into a fight with the Lianian General and it looked like she was winning. But Yacobal saw the General make a dirty move and before he could reach her, the General ran Tari through with his sword. Then the bomb exploded. The Liana were hit hard and retreated back to their plains. Yacobal searched the debris for Nefertari for hours. When he found her body he couldn't help himself, he was done with people dying. Nefertari had sacrificed herself for a people that were not her own. So he did something his kind had sworn to never do again. His species had a secret that no one else knew, they were not only Eniidae, they were dark angels; Immortal beings capable of just about anything, even the power of life. But this power comes at a cost. In order to save Tari, Yacobal had to turn her into a dark angel. She didn't look like an Eniidae, because she was a different race to begin with but now she had all their powers. She woke up different, immortal. She didn't want to tell the Elder Travelers, seeing as how once you’ve died you are no longer a Traveler. She figured it was best to keep hers a secret. Unfortunately the Elders found out anyway and threw Tari out of the Guild. She did get away with her ship so she pledged to continue her mission to help people through all time and space.

Notes: When using her powers, Tari's eyes glow and turn fully white. The tattoo on the back of her neck is also her guild stamp. She has a large scar on her chest where she was stabbed and down her face where she was sliced. Sometimes the chest scar hurts.
