Bio: Kochyli is a complete, ditzy half-wit, though for most people she is quite cute and charming. She's childish, and doesn't really learn lessons easily, She's very kind and tries to be as nice as possible. She always wears her selkies coat, and prefers being human.

She currently resides in a lab, alongside Cheri. She was falsely captured, but I'll go more into that later...
