Abyz comes from a kobold tribe whose home was in a network of catacombs, hidden beneath an ancient church dedicated to a forgotten deity. He had basic bard magic since a young age and is uncertain as to why, but assumes it has something to do with the ancient location. This set him apart from the others in his tribe, so they did not spend as much time with him. Most of his life within his society was lonely and boring, so he would spend much time venturing through the tunnels and above ground by himself. He was fascinated by the fantastic history painted on the walls and written within the rotting books. These stories made him feel not alone, and inspired him to tell his own tales. He discovered some old instruments that helped him express these tales. (He whittled his own kazoo though.) Before long even the catacombs were not enough for him, and he left home to explore the world and its stories and music

Personality traits:

-Very exaggerated with anything from gestures to actions to stories
-Adventurous
-Likes food
-Likes fixing things, very nimble hands

Ideals: 
-He likes to say that where he came from, dragons walked and humans flew, due to the presence of his dragonlike family and the ancient images of angelic people painted around his home. He will often try to take common ideas and flip them around like this.
-Sometimes he ends up misguided in his morals because an action he does may be inspired by a story or seems just more interesting to do than something that's more reasonable
-Tries his best to repair/fix things and won't stop until he's finished with his task. But as previously stated, he might have a different definition of "fixed" than normal.

Flaws:
-Low constitution level can really show at times; his immune system is garbage so he gets sick very easily and will often have a runny nose
-Can have difficulty focusing if too many things are going on, notices random things very often
-Has a bit of an ego because he wants to be part of his own epic tales that may one day be preserved through history
