Native to Inazuma; Fled when the Vision Hunt Decree was put into place, now residing in Qingce Village. Teru often gets homesick and starts to regret fleeing, but he felt it was necessary at the time. Even with the Vision Hunt Decree demolished, he does not wish to return to Inazuma; he couldn't bare parting with the village.

Teru wields an Electro Vision that was obtained during his time in an orphanage with his older brother, Daichi. He saved one of his friends from being beaten to death by a bunch of ruthless teenagers, getting greatly injured in the process. It was during that fight he got overwhelmed with great elemental power, suddenly inflicting a shock of electricity to whomever he was fighting, frightening the rest of the teenagers, causing all of them to back off and flee. This also scared his friend, but they were grateful nonetheless.

I.
Normal Attack.
Normal Attack
Performs up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 3 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
II.
Elemental Skill.
Teru stabs his sword into the ground, causing lightning to spread throughout the ground around him, dealing AoE Electro DMG. This infuses his weapon with Electro, lasting 6s.
III.
Elemental Burst.
Teru, holding his hands up to his face, forms an illusion of a mask before stomping the ground creating an explosion of lightning that deals AoE Electro DMG.
The mask will remain on Teru's face for 10s, causing the following:
- Increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack SPD
- Increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 50% of Teru's Max Energy Recharge
- Casting his Elemental Skill during this time will unleash an extra surge of lightning
IV.
1st Ascension Passive.
Dealing a CRIT hit increases Teru's ATK by 40% lasting 5s, this can only occur every 15s.
V.
4th Ascension Passive.
Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 1.5% of each point of his ATK, the max that can occur from this is 50%.
VI.
Utility Passive.
When Teru crafts Ascension Gems, he has a 25% chance to refund a portion of the crafting materials used.
