The youngest uncle of Manny, he's Rory's brother. Baxter has been in charge of security and clean up for the family for years and taught Randy how to do the same. Randy eventually took over security from Bax, but Baxter was nothing but proud. When Randy died, Baxter lost his shit for a while and left a path of blood in his wake. No one who's cell he entered in the basement would leave alive.
Bax is smug, confident, and un-trusting of anyone who isn't a Diodato or Basilio. He was caught by the Draki family once, and they held him by tieing him MUCH to tightly to a chair, leaving scars around his shoulders and wrists. They also tried to kill him by hanging, and failed miserably, Baxter managed to get himself out of it and kill the Draki family member and three goons who'd stayed behind to watch him hang. He's still in contact with some of his family in Brazil, and has more favors from them available than he has kills, and that itself is a large list.
