You can:

• Give to the adopt a name, a personality, you can change clothes a little, gender, anything you want like your Original character ( but if you have to change evertything maybe you have to search for another adopt ;v; ). Please credit me for the design where necessary.
• You can use it for a story , for an avatar , for a signature , in rp story and so on
• !!!IMPORTANT!!! You can resell the adoptables if you didn't want it anymore for THE SAME PRICE you bought it, no more,
  About Commissions/request or other art you bought you are available to resell also the extra you paid ONLY if you give me the proof about how much you paid and the permission to resell their art from the author of your extra, i don't want broke other people's rules if they don't want their art being resold, so please if you don't have proof about the price or the author permission, just resell the adopts at the same price you bought ( forgive me but a lot of people add a very lot of money to a design, even if they got free request and this is not fair )
• You can trade the adoptables as well or gift it to a friend, you can't trade an adopt you received in gift by someone else, only gift it again
• !!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! I have a (little) Personal Blacklist with people I don't want they have my designs, if happens you give your design to them, I'll contact you to cancel the transaction
• Please if you resell or trade one of my adopt , tell me the new owner name ;v;  Always, If I lost track of the adoptables you will be put in the blacklist
• If you are available to to co-own a character and both of you want change the ownership I need the confirmation from both side to the renounce of the ownership, in case another part decide to gift to you the ownership, I consider the design a gift and cannot be tradable or resellable anymore, just give in gift.
• You can ask my help to features your journal/poll/deviation where you resell/trade one of my design here : People who RESELL/TRADE My design
• If you use a character for a story or for a comic , you can sell your personal product ( contact me first to know about commercial use ) , but you can't sell my original drawing of the design ( for example you cant put my drawing on a t-shirt and sell it , but you can do a drawing of my designs you bought from me and sell it on a t-shirt ;v; ) you bought the design, not the drawing ;u;
• For commercial I wish to know where you use my designs and be credited as the creator with a link on my page, in any case contact me ALWAYS before and tell me about your projects ;u; I really want to know where my designs gone if you use for commercial purpose please ;u; , the price can change depending on what you have in mind

You can't

• You can't claim the art or the original design as your own.
• You can't claim a refund , buy the adopt only if you want it , if you didn't want it anymore you can resell it ( I can help you ) but not claim a refund from me.
• You can't Resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money, as well you can't resell a design you obtained for art, for trade or for a gift
• You can't drop, hide bid comment or edit your bid. Be sure when you bid on my adoptables, I could tolerate only one drop bid , after the second I'll put you into my personal black list, if you edit or hide the comment is the same thing.
• You can't resell/trade/gift a character you gain from me for free ( like a gift ) or in a raffle, if you don't want a character for yourself, don't participate in the raffle I did ;u;
• You can't resell a MYO slot and if you receive a MYO in gift please don't trade your character it's only for your personal use
• If you receive a character in gift, the character can only be giftable, not trade or resell is available
• You can't resell or trade a character you did by yourself if there is an OPEN SPECIE, it's only for personal use ;u;
