About the Witch
Wictoria comes from a line of open and honest witches. They have not kept their magic secret since the days of witch hunting: Rather, they have openly used their gift for creating medicines and remidies to help their neighbors. People used to travel long and far to purchase blends from the Bloomen Family. Now they just need to sign on to the family's website and order them online.
Because of this, Wictoria herself has always been hugely proud of her family. She is treated well by her classmates, because many of them have benefitted from her family's service. She herself tries to live up to the family standard, but because she is not old enough to be trusted with medicine she is currently only brewing magic teas and perfumes. This hobby has helped her earn her own popularity at school and she enjoys it.
She's generally a very cheery girl because of that. Wictoria believes that you should work hard to earn everything, even if it fell into your lap. She's an optimist and a hardworker, but she's not afraid to have some fun too. This sometimes drives her childhood friend William up the wall, since he struggles just to earn anything while she is making the voluntary effort to earn what is already given. However, the pair manage a positive and supportive relationship.
Brewing Magic Specialty
Because she is too young to be allowed to brew medicine, Wictoria uses her family's teachings to brew other things. She is known around school for making the best tasting and best smelling teas and perfumes.
Secretly, she also plays with other things... Like teas that boost confidence or actually have a healing effect. She typically tests them on William, though that may be a backwards view on it. Truthfully, she only makes them to help him out because she feels she is otherwise a huge burden to him. She wants to earn her place beside her bestie.
Don't Worry ; You Can Count On Me
Wictoria lives in an old old house that seems to be rotting from the outside. It is covered in vines and surrounded by grass so tall it goes over her head. But everyone in town knows that the interior is a fantastical Wonderland of talking flowers, lush grassy carpets, and sunny luxury. This is the kind of spoiled life Wictoria lives.
And she is completely happy because of it! Wictoria is spoiled both by the family that loves her and the town that appreciates their legacy as healers. She is used to getting candy from customers who think she is so cute and helpful. Wictoria loves to get compliments, but does recognize that she gets a lot of nice stuff without ever actually working for it... So she has a self declared policy of "Earning" everything, even if it was given as a gift.
This means that Wictoria is a very kind girl and she is honestly quite helpful. She will go out of her way for anyone, but does have a bias towards those that helped her first. Wictoria just doesn't feel good about herself if she isn't at least trying. However, this hardly means that Wictoria spends all day pushing herself and working hard. She is a fun loving kid and likes having fun with her friends.
Some friends, like William, force her to work a bit harder to earn their playtime. And really? Victoria is fine with that. She worries that if she didn't earn it, people would call her spoiled. And to Wictoria, that's the worst insult.
