Julian lives at a quaint farm on southern USA, and is very content with his perfectly uneventful life. One day, a cousin comes making a proposal for him to take in a rich friend and teach him manners in exchange of a substantial payment. He accepts, but the stranger brings him a lot of trouble and something more. What used to be a quiet rural life turns into a thicket of problems and brings a monster as a neighbor.
