Story
Quil is a Nightwing/Icewing hybrid who was born shortly after the Sandwing Succession (I think that's what it was called). He ended up getting enrolled in Jade Academy before getting expelled 2 years later for attacking another student, an older rainwing (Snake) almost killing him; in order to protect Journey.
Him and Journey ever since just wandered across Phyrria, never really settling down.
personality
Quil is a very deductive and cunning individual. He can be described as quiet and sneaky. He is written as a dangerous person and is very bipolar.
During a mania or hypomania cycle he is typically more positive, but easily irritated and very antsy.

Relationships
He met Journey in Jade Academy while he was being attacked by Snake, an older Rainwing. Quil ultimately snapped and fought with Snake for Journey but was mad at him afterwards for what he deemed Journey's 'cowardliness'
