Tv-Head is a strange girl who no one seems to know really who she is or where she came from, not even herself. She runs The Boarding House along with her best friend Lily. She has a difficult time communicating with others due to being mute. She appears to understand basic sign language, but is unable to respond back due to refusing to show her hands.

Tv-Head’s screen always seems to be playing some cutesy magical girl show about eggs. For some reason, the scenes jump around and are always glitchy and hard to see.
