Any designs owned by me, are not for sale or trade unless otherwise marked, and should not claimed by any other person. Gift art and art of my characters with others' ocs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis based on my lore for the characters. If in doubt, please ask.

Any designs owned by others are handled as follows. Once you own it, its yours to do as you wish, trade, sell, redesign, use commercially and so on.

However, do not use them, nor any art I have made of them for nft or AI purposes.

Any art I made of the design can be used to add monetary value to the character regardless of how it was obtained unless it was a joke-sketch or otherwise low-quality scribble/doodle.

Any art I made of the design should not be reproduced for commercial purposes, (ie, as stickers, shirts, mugs etc). unless you ask me for permission to do so. Please save proof of this permission.

All art made by me is mine to reproduce as I wish for personal, portfolio, or art-example purposes, but will not be for my personal sale or commercial use so long as the character is owned by another.
