Pfauenauge

A very mysterious character, most times seeming more like a doll than a living being. Seemingly mute and as good as blind, it is a miracle how they can still perform highly professional air acrobatics without ever hesitating or failing something.
Since they never speak and don‘t really make any noise, they always have to wear little bells on their clothing. Without those, they could move completely without sound which creeps people out quite often.
They have been confused with a doll more than once, as they sometimes sit in the same position for hours, barely blinking.
They are very rarely seen touching and actually eating food.
Even when beaten they won’t utter a single word or sound at all, as if they couldn’t feel any pain (but they do feel it).
Probably not completely human?
