Powers: Static shock fluff, can shoot electricity from his ears. Agile flyer and very acrobatic.

A young energetic dragon. He has the ability to charge his fluff and unleash said electricity from his ears.

Blitzen grew up far away from Alayveon, his mother sheltering him and his father living in Alayveon. Because if this, Blitz found himself surrounded by humans and growing up in a community unlike Alayveons. After his father vanished in Alayveon, Blitzen uprooted his life with humans to serve the kingdom of Dragons. Being the newest, and youngest, Elemental Dragon leaves him isolated even more so than his previous life.
