Her Rules

1. You must be a member of @KyrjaHaven to own an adopt. New members are welcome.  

2.  Kyrja, Rasja, Dym, and Djanni are all closed species created by me  (Dayaja) please do not make your own unless you have a MYO slot. Also,  please credit me and the artist when you draw them or have art made of  them.

3. The artist will receive 100% of the ($)  profits in the case of guest adopts or mod adopts, if OTA, please make  sure to include an offer for me as well.

4. Payment is in USD and can be made over Paypal. It must be received within 24 hrs of claiming

5. Don't send before we have confirmed you have won the adopt.

6. Do not resell adopts unless we have given you permission

7. No tracing or claiming of our art, this will result in a ban!

8.  You may not change traits or design elements, changing of hairstyle and  body type are allowed. Hair length can change within a reasonable time  frame (ie: You can cut it or it can grow much like a human's hair), hair  colour cannot change.  

9. Auctions will close 48 hrs after first offer

10.  I reserve the right to say yes or no to all offers and I expect  people's understanding and cooperation. Anyone who is rude or disruptive  will be warned, three warnings result in a ban.
