Unnamed Seviper - Female - Single Mom

The Seviper is Daisy's mom. She is great at her job, and doesn't care that she has no biological children.

Nickit Bros - Males - Thieves

They first appeared in Daisy's backstory, trying to rob our heroes of the flowers for Seviper Mom, but they got a branch dropped on their heads. It's notable that they call each other "brother". They also said that Bishop would be a great thief. I think they're secretly good guys.

Spindle - Male Ariados - ?

Spindle is an Ariados. Everyone sees him as not a Pokemon, but as some sort of monster. That is, until Bishop and Meowth got stuck in his web. Daisy showed him kindness, and so he set her friends free. He doesn't really like Bishop, because he was stuck in his web during his "mood", and threatened him before Daisy jumped in.

Team Pioneer - Various - Exploration Team

Led by Elliot's older sister, Velvet, a female Meowstic, Team Pioneer is an exploration team who, due to Elliot, has good relations to Team Wonder. Still, that doesn't stop them from being friendly rivals. They love themselves some friendly competition. Aside from Velvet, there's a male Torkoal named Dusty, a male Drednaw named Chipp, a female Swellow named Leona, and a male Bouffalant named Edison.
