**Raya remembered the first time she’d met him. It has been her first day back at work after The Incident, and she hadn’t yet fully adjusted to her binocular vision being messed up. Her sides and arms and lower legs were covered in bruises from walking into things she could have easily avoided before.**
**She’d come in, her co workers had thrown a small party, and then her boss has taken her back to his office. And here he’d explained her new partner, and how much of a gift it was. And she had understood the underlying current, accept this, look good, or don’t represent us at all. And so she had. But she went back to her own secluded office to do so first, if she was going to go crazy, she wanted to be alone.**
