She can move things at a distance, unlike ochaco who touches things to leviate, Alice uses her powers by her mind - she can levitate things through her own willpower and turn it on and off whenever she wants.
She doesn't have a weight limit, but she does have trouble using it long periods of times it makes her have headaches- but she generally is okay for the most part.
