》Early life

Mara was always a bitter and resentful child. She had very few friends growing up due to how stand-offish she was. She never understood what was wrong with her, though, as her best friend, Fiona, was just as quiet and separate from others but got more friends and attention than her.

》Growing up

Over time, Mara got jealous of Fiona and separated herself from them out of spite. Fiona told one of her other friends and, unfortunately, word got loose. Mara blamed Fiona for the mistreatment she received as a result of the gossip and grew to hate her as she gained a group of bullies.

Mara almost entirely forgot about Fiona, though, with the severity of the bullying leaking into her regular life and day-to-day activities. She was filled with such hatred and spite for being tormented and lonely that eventually she was approached by a magical being resembling a bunny named Aiti who promised to give her powers in exchange for harvesting the negative energy she’d ultimately create for the being to thrive off of.

》Unkindness

Mara agreed, gaining an ability to turn into her magical girl form, Unkindness, receiving wings manifested from her dark energy. She used her newfound abilities to exact revenge upon her bullies, tormenting them in multiple ways on a daily basis while regularly fighting off good spirits trying to put a stop to her misendeavours. She even gained an enemy, another magical girl under the pseudonym Martyr Maiden, whomst she fights with on a regular basis.

• Her favorite misendeavor to do it to get her bullies’ expensive nails broken and pulled off.
