Neo is a water minx first born of three. He is rather to himself and dosent really talk much. he was born in a lab from a turtle egg. Not much is known about the water minx and who he really is but they are very gentle kind creatures. They have there own system on how things are done. Neo loves his two younger siblings Roxie and Mochi. If you harm either of them he will pound on your body like a little child. He is very harmless but tries so hard to protect himself and his siblings.
